It's about that time.

Soon students will be making their way back to the 'burg and settling in to their new places, or back into their old ones. For those that will be living off campus, there are extra things to worry about.

Will I be able to pay my rent and my bills every month? Is that going to leave me enough money for booze? When am I going to be able to go to a party and get trashed if I have to work to pay my bills??? These are important questions to ask yourself.

Just pray that on top of all that stress you don't have a landlord as scary as this one. (see link below)
