These somewhat-approximations of human beings are supposed to help you identify bad guys, which might work if the bad guys in question closely resemble the illustrated characters in Cloudy with a Slight Chance of Meatballs.

Wouldn’t crime be that much easier to stop if BU could hire TV-quality sketch artists, like the guy on Dexter who drew a stunning portrait of Jesus Christ. Or at least the Angelator from Bones….
