Floriculture Field Day Smashes Floriculture Field Day Records
This Floriculture Field Day shattered all those time-worn records for Floriculture Field Days.  This year the event drew a crowd of 8 people, shattering the previous record of 3.

Yes, it's hard to consider Cornell's most recent Floriculture Field Day a failure in any regard.  God knows we all can remember circling the date on our calendars as kids, then on that fateful morn' running down the stairs, past the Christmas tree (which for some reason was still around in July) and out into the garden to observe this most special of American holidays.  As such, I'll be voting for the Green party come November because they truly understand my committment to Floriculture Field Day, which runs so deep within my loins that there can be no seperation of Birch and State.

Birch, of course, is my favorite type of tree.
