This Sunday, the dedication of the new, permanent April 16th memorial will take place.

There will be 32 permanent stones, even though a student added a 33rd in the temporary memorial. Out of curiosity, what are readers thoughts on pretty much everything memorial-like focusing on 32 people and not including the 33rd Hokie? He was a victim, too, just in a very different way, and he was still a Hokie.
