I am currently in a ceramics class and this weeks assignment was to make something based on an object. As well as being based on one thing the end creation had to be at least 2 feet tall. You wouldn't think that 2 feet was very much but it sure was a lot of work and because of it I spent the majority of my time in the ceramics studio this weekend. I chose a bouncy ball as my object and thus I built a 2 foot, 5 inch vessel entirely out of balls. I haven't counted yet but I'm guessing there are close to a thousand balls.
