Eat Fruits And Veggies, Raw Food Diet Makes You Hot

Eat Fruits And Veggies, Raw Food Diet Makes You Hot

College isn’t exactly easy on the waistline. Thanks to beer binges and pizza chowdowns, the pounds pile on seemingly effortlessly.

For an extreme, but effective way to shed the weight try a raw food diet.

It certainly worked for Angela Stokes, reports CNN. Although not a heavy child, by the time Stokes graduated college in the U.K. she tipped the scales at 300 pounds. The weight not only effected her physically, but caused emotional distress as well.

And then she discovered the raw food movement. The clichéd life change happened and Angela Stokes lost 160 pounds in two years and gained a boyfriend. All of a sudden she was happier than ever.

It’s not all happily ever after, though, since a raw food diet is not a simple task. With the exception of the salad bar, dining halls are not exactly healthy havens full of fresh fruits and veggies.

Stokes recommends people on the diet start slowly with foods they already like such as peaches or spinach and then add more raw foods. But no, even though it comes from a plant, marijuana doesn’t count as a “raw food.”

Bass Player Keith Hall, I have been on The Chew Chew Diet for 6 months and have lost 55 pounds. I eat no breakfast and chew each bite 32 times before swallowing. Posted 09/27/2008 06:47 AMReply

that chew chew diet sounds stupid-if your going to try to skip any meal, it should NOT be breakfast.
my diet consists of a small but filling breakfast and a piece of fruit for lunch and a different fruit for a snack later and then a small, but filling dinner. i havent been on it long but its been 6 days and i lost about 2 lbs already :D

Bass Player Keith Hall, It may sound stupid but the results remain and I ate what I wanted to and what I craved but chewed it enjoying each bite and I didn't go away hungry like you would on your diet. Posted 11/25/2008 10:32 PMReply

Depends upon what kind of veggies, and fruits because not all are good to eat raw. Anyway, its really very true that eating raw veggies and yes fruits will make you healthy and easily gain your loss nutrients than cooked and processed one. Some point to ponder from an advocate of only toxic-free food. hampers; Posted 08/20/2009 11:28 PMReply
