Well, it's been an interesting weekend to say the least.
The game was a disappointing end to an overall good season for the Seminoles. Not much to brag about from our side. We had a good turnout of FSU fans despite the assumed stomp-age that would take place. The freezing rain couldn't even keep the devoted out of Doak.
The weather was absolutely disgusting just sitting in the stands, I can't even imagine how bad the fields must have been. We sat through the game and the many Tim Tebow sacks while shivering in the cold.
"Golden" Graham was our saving grace for putting points on the scoreboard again with his field goals. We put in not one or two, but three quarterbacks. Even Drew Weatherford took the field, which is never a good sign. The boys played hard, but it wasn't good enough..
If I had to hear that stupid Gator Bait chant one more time I was going to tomahawk chop an orange and blue fan in the face. As the soaked and disappointed Nole fans slowly started to drain out of the stadium my die-hard roomie and I were there till the bitter end.
There's one testament that I think rings true for most Seminoles though.. "Win or lose, We still booze"- and judging by the crowd last night at the Tennessee strip I'd have to agree.
There's always next year Florida State.. Go Noles!
