Halloween in college is a completely different experience from living at home. The costumes get more scandalous, it turns into more of a week-long celebration, and candy gorging seems to give way to alcohol imbibing. You're never too old to celebrate Halloween and the holiday hits its peak fun level in college.

So get dressed up in your probably-too-obscene-to-be-in-public costume grab some friends and check out some of these Halloween events going on in Tallahassee this week.

Wednesday:

PIKE, PHI SIG, & SIGMA CHI are teaming up with Axe and hosting their Halloween Crush: Dark Temptation at Potbelly's. The event is having a red carpet, chocolate shot glases, and giveaways.. the perfect way to fulfill your sweet tooth.

CLUB RAYN is holding the "dance of the dead" at their club is a great excuse to get dressed up and celebrate a little early.

Thursday:

FSU is hosting a themed night of Halloween events. The union will be taken over by scare zones, costume contests, ghost hunts, and  free food. There will also be screenings of scary movies at the Student Life Center & a performance by the FSU  Flying High Circus.

LAMBDA CHI is hosting a huge halloween party at their place in Heritage Grove. I'm sure it will be a spook-tacular time. (okay okay, enough with the awful halloween puns).

LIGHT THE NIGHT WALK: A walk that meets on Langford Green at 5:30 to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Come support this worthy cause!

Friday:

FLOYD's, MARDI GRAS & THE IRISH PUB are taking their normal friday night festivities up a notch on Halloween night with lots of drink specials, a concert, and all within walking distance to campus.

CLYDES & PARADIGM in downtown Tallahassee are having a block party with a costume contest & huge prizes, photographers, and entrance to both clubs for one price.
