Who could have possibly predicted this? In a blinding episode of stupidity, Theta Chi is well on the road to getting kicked off campus. What happened? Sighhh.

Last week someone on Theta Chi's porch started yelling racial slurs at two black cops driving by. The cops subsequenty (and justifiably) got pissed and stormed the house, finding kegs and handing out MIPs all over the place.

Apparently Theta Chi's national chapter does not allow alcohol in any of it's houses (a ban logically equivelant in my mind to barring ventilation machines from hospitals), so now the frat is in danger of getting its charter revoked. This probably isn't enough to get them kicked off campus, yet, but it sure is one hell of a way to start the year.

I take no pleasure in being right about the impending doom of Theta Chi, but now with Beta and ATO gone, they're the next logical choice. If this had happened to SAE I'd be ecstatic, but despite what you may think, I'd actually rather have Theta Chi stay, so they should just chill out for awhile and maybe oh, I don't know, not yell racial slurs at cops. Just a thought.

Update: Supposedly it wasn't a brother who did the yelling, but I'm willing to bet it was a brother's dumbass friend. Probably from Eastern. In any case, they're still responsible for anyone on their porch so it doesn't change anything. It's like if your friend punches a grizzly bear in the face and you get surprised when it starts attacking you too.
