Just four weeks before the beginning of the 2007-2008 academic year, 57 GW students have made it abundantly clear why they are actually enrolled in any university: spring break.

GW student Jason Linden has taken it upon himself to initiate spring break plans in Acapulco only eights months in advance (and five months after the last spring break) by starting the “GW SPRING BREAK 2008!!!” group on Facebook.

His group offers students the opportunity to book spring break villas for up to 25 people. The deal includes chef, pool, personal chauffeur, and date rape at no extra charge. Jason also makes a point to include alternating capitalized letters to stress the importance of extra hard partying, and promises a “150% price guarantee.”
