Nerds Find Bigfoot... Or Something

Once again, we enlist the help of biology students. After the Montauk Monster, we now have evidence of another creature which requires identification.

Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, besides being freaks, believe that they have found the biggest freak in American folklore: Bigfoot. The two men say that they found the body of a dead Bigfoot creature in the woods of northern Georgia.

According to their description, the creature measures 7'7'' and weighs over 500 pounds, looks part human and part ape, has a footprint which is sixteen and three-quarters inches long, has reddish hair with blackish-grey eyes, and--because yes they investigated thoroughly as dilligent scientists-- it is male.

The two will present their findings at a conference on Friday. Currently, DNA testing is being completed.

A number of commentators have suggested the recently announced Georgia bigfoot may simply be an old movie costume.

If they are doing DNA testing right now, I would hope the people doing the testing would know for sure if it was a costume or not. Do you wonder what they put it the custume?? I am sure its not a dead body of a human in the cotume. Dont get me wrong I am not a believer in all the bigfoot stuff, but you do have to ask yourself certain questions in the matter. Obviously if these guys robbed a 500lb., 7'7" corpse(yeah right), and stuff him in a bigfoot costume someone would bust them in the trick before all this got out. I spoke to Tom Biscardi in early 07. He seemed back then certain he'd make a BIG discovery soon. Even named the date.
That he's off by 14 months makes me think finding the right Chewbacca suit was tougher than he'd imagined.
