Misguided parents often think enrolling their child in a camp at Stanford will increase their chances of college acceptance. Unfortunately, one family took the idea one step too far, publishing an article in the "top stories" part of their newspaper. Apparently, "Gabriela Zeagler, a seventh-grader at Marina Middle School .. gained tools that she will be able to apply academically and socially with her". Stupendous, Gabby. So did everyone else.
