What?! The second carbon monoxide leak in one of Blacksburg's apartment complexes? It seems as though Terpence apartments (they're a tiny complex on Lee Street) had to be evacuated Friday night because of a CO leak in the "faulty water heater." Why is it there have been zero leaks in the past, but all of a sudden it's 2 weekends in a row of these so-called accidental leaks? Strange. 

In related news, the fire in Terrace View was not due to terrorists, just dumbasses.
