Looks like everyone's favorite homicidal grad student Alexander Pring-Wilson will be going back in the judicial ring for a third round.

Pring-Wilson, who was convicted of manslaughter in 2004 for knifing someone in a late-night bar brawl, was recently released due to a mistrial. After ten days, a deadlocked jury was unable to reach a decision. This prompted the judge to toss the case out, give the defendant another trial, and allow all of us to experience a couple more years of this John Grisham situation.
