Summer after Graduation Marked by a Flurry of Weddings

As senior spring melts into summer, most '07 grads find themselves trolling for jobs and ass with the kind of reckless abandon that can only come of the end of carefree college days. There are some among us, however, who chose promise rings over promiscuity and have embarked on their lives@post with a lifelong mate by their sides.

Joining the ranks of smokin-hot celeb pair Eva Longoria and Tony Parker and an estimated 38,000 others, three young Harvard couples tied the knot on 7/7/07, a day popularized for reasons of religion, numerology, and perhaps sheer idiocy. How special are these trendy twosomes going to feel when half the couples in their plush neighborhoods are celebrating their silver wedding anniversary on the same night and no one can get reservations anywhere?!

On-campus involvements of these young lovebirds included such liberal organizations as the Harvard Radcliffe Christian Fellowship, the Harvard Republican Club, and the Fox Club for Gents. But what about the co-founders of the most progressive group of them all, True Love Revolution???The New York Times reports that they are a "hair's breadth" away from engagement, but as the two head to grad school at Georgetown University and leave their chastity group behind, the temptation might become too great...

Shotgun wedding, anyone?!?! Here's to 8/8/08!!!
