Because no one actually reads their magazine, the Lampoon is trying to find different ways to remain relevant. And what better way to convince young freshmen that their organization is somewhat cool than helping them gain that inevitable frosh fifteen? That's right... free ice cream.

What's more is that Ben & Jerry's is even creating a custom one-day limited edition ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS flavor for them. Speculations on the ingredients of said flavor? Family Circus, cancer, and Goebbels, of course! What a riot!

This Thursday (10/4), Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, founders of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, will visit Harvard to become honorary members of the Harvard Lampoon. To commemorate the occasion, Ben and Jerry will host an ice cream giveaway of their most popular flavors from 1-3 in the afternoon. In addition, Ben and Jerry will unveil a one-day-only Lampoon flavor. The giveaway will be held immediately outside of the Lampoon (44 Bow Street). So stop by on Thursday, enjoy a free scoop of ice cream, and hang out with Ben and Jerry!
