McCarthy--an active campus gay- and workers'-rights activist, among others--shows genuine concern for the students of the college, all with a no-frills, no-bullshit style to which students relate. He's already helped many students out of their respective ruts--will you be next?

McCarthy makes the administration look goooood! No easy task. His many colleagues would do well to follow his example.
