First, let me start by thanking everyone for the the comments on my post, Vicious Attack at Local College Bar.  You guys, obviously, have a lot of different opinions and theories on the whole situation, so keep them coming. 

Just an update:

The name of the formally unidentified victim has been released as Bryan Steinhauer.   He still remains in critical condition.  According to the Press & Sun-Bulletin, "The hospital reported the student was in a drug-induced coma because of swelling around his brain..."  His injuries are extremely severe, probably more so than most students realize.

Miladin "Minja" Kovacevic is still in prison, his court date yet to be scheduled.  As of Friday, he was being held on a $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond bail.
