When In Doubt, Don't Stress Out

When In Doubt, Don't Stress Out

So it’s stress season. We all go through it. I know I had one hell of a week. So I thought I’d give a couple of tips for what you should do when you’re stressed…

Dance - I like to put on some Whitney, “I wanna dance with somebody,” get the tights on, turn the strobe light full blast and I’m good to go. Try it, you’ll feel better…Whitney said so.

Facebook- Look at what other people are doing. Chances are you’ll find someone with a more miserable status than yours. And then you’ll laugh and feel better about your life. See my point?

Cry- Say it’s allergies. We all cry sometimes, sometimes you just have to let it all out (you big wuss).

Cook- For some reason, my roommate always resorts to cooking when she’s stressed. I mean, I don’t hate it. I look forward to when it’s hell week for her, because I can always count on a buffet of fried, unhealthy goodness waiting for me when I get home.

Watch Saved by the Bell- For some reason, watching Zach Morris getting out of whatever crazy shenanigans he’s in is always entertaining. And it’s hopeful. If a guy like Zach can graduate, so can you.

Drink- Because when you’re drunk, you won’t care about that test. And then when you take it and fail and get stressed again, you just have to drink some more. It’s a beautiful cycle.

The point is, when you’re stressed you should do anything but think about the thing that you’re stressing about, which is probably school or your pregnancy.
