For those who skate, thrash, board, etc, listen up--it looks like a new skate park will be coming to town soon.

Yes, that's right; if you're tired of heading to the suburbs of Middleton, a new park should be falling into your lap (depending on how large that lap actually is) by some time next year.

The plans for a "Central Park," as the city is putting it, should be approved by the beginning of '08, and will supposedly be built over by Willy Street.

So by the time the snow thaws from soon-to-be-here winter, we'll all be able to express our jubilation with mad 360 flips.
