Just when you thought the block party couldn't be suppressed anymore, the long arm of VA's law reached out to lend a helping hand while pushing your party into the mud.

With a recent change in state law, police can now make arrests on the sidewalks of Forest Hills. 

No more  of that "As long as I stay off the curb, I'm safe" business.  Take a full two steps back, partner, but be careful where you step, partner.  Johnny Law will be watching...
