So as it turns out, Tom Brady is not immortal. He is a superbowl-winning, model-banging prime example of all that a human being can accomplish, but he is only human just the rest of us. This was proven by yesterday's violent knee injury he sustained after a hit from Chief's DB Bernard Pollad. Brady couldn't walk under his own power afterwards and the NFL Network is reporting that he's out for the year. Patriot's back-up QB Matt Cassel is warming up for a role he never thought he'd have to play: starter, and it remains to be seen what this will do to the Patriot's season.
I know it's tragic that Brady might have suffered a season-ending (let's hope not career ending) injury, but really, he still gets to come home to Giselle Bundchen every night, something I would literally saw both of my legs off to experience.
