I'm not sure who put out this newest music video, Beyonce or Sasha Fierce, but I'm not impressed.
There's black and white, Beyonce doing her thing and two back up dancers... wait, am I watching Single Ladies? The dance scenes are so similar it's a natural confusion, but the moves just don't have that memorable quality of the first video. Will people obnoxiously be replicating this dance in every club every time it comes on? Probably not. Now whether that's good or bad, you decide.
Nevertheless, you can't judge a true Beyonce video until you've seen the quality of the copycat and tribute videos. So little girls and gay men, get to work.
