Emory Vision is Having Some Seeing Problems

I just wanted to watch Big Fish tonight. I was really in the mood for a lighthearted, romantic comedy. You know what I mean? Me and my frat bros get tired of keg stands and case races every now and then, and just want to watch Ewan McGregor on the big screen.

Anyway, for the past four years, I have never been fully satisfied with Emory Vision. The student programming is great. I love the shows the students make - especially "Druid Hills," a show about Emory shot in the style of MTV's "The Hills." Emory Visions main problem, though, is that it advertises that it will show movies at certain times, and then doesn't follow through.

I can't tell you how many times I've turned on Emory Vision and been pleasantly surprised, finding that a good movie is playing. Of course thirty minutes later, the movie stops abruptly and never comes back on. At this point I set my TV set on fire and throw it out the window. Other times they simply wont have the movies that they advertise. Emory Vision needs to get on their game. I can't rent romantic comedies from Blockbuster without losing my self-respect - but I need my Ewan McGregor fix!
