Jim Gaffigan Comes to Northeastern, Asks You to Disregard 'My Girls'

Finally it seems the comedy gods have parted the sky and are ready to shine upon Northeastern.

It's not that the school hasn't hooked its students up with decent comedy acts in the past (we fawned over Sarah Silverman every second she was on stage last Fall)--but the semester's first 'yukfest' seemed sort of lame by NU standards.

Enter Jim Gaffigan, a mildly entertaining and, for all intents and purposes, funny comedian who heads to NU on Monday for Homecoming. The man is actually worth your $5. And hey, if you have any doubt, he hangs out with Conan O'Brien--that should settle it.
