Physics Professor Does "Tiger Physics," 17-Year old Still Dead
Nerd alert: If you're the kid who hates waking up at 8 a.m. to go to your Intro to Physics course in Churchill, chances are you won't want to read this blog.

Turns out at least one NU physics professor has enough time on his hands to determine the velocity of tigers. It's a ballistics question based off how a tiger killed a 17-year old in San Diego a few weeks ago. How can a 350 pound object get over a 12.5 foot barrier thats 33 feet away? San Diego is a long long way from San Francisco. In fact, they are two entirely different places. One is in Southern California, the other is in Northern California.
