Lauri Apple, a recent transplant to Chicago after finishing law school in New York, has been getting some serious buzz for her blog that details the clothes she finds on the streets of Chicago. And no, she doesn't just scrounge up dirty underwear and torn up sweatpants that bums still plan to use. Just in the past week she's found a J Crew sweater, Express jeans, Tommy Hilfiger bras (see above), along with a killer pair of brand new Calvin Klein hose.

The Tribune thinks she's important enough for a front page Lifestyle feature and she recently made an appearance on The Today Show.

She will have a field day if she decides to scour the NU dorms next June. Most probable finds: North Face Jacket, Dance Marathon t-shirt, torn up UGGs, rush shirt from whatever frat gets kicked off campus. Maybe one of those nerdwestern shirts also.
