It’s no secret that Blacksburg is full of hippies. During the summer, everyone leaves, and all that remains are the hippies, hanging around in the bars.

True, they’re free spirited, liberal, and they sometime wear really cool skirts, but something has to be done about their dreadlocks. Some dreads can look fine, but unwashed hair that turns into a nappy, dirty mess is just plain disgusting, especially on a guy with no understanding of their meaning and cultural history.

So please, if you have dreadlocks, wash them or trim them up or something. No one wants to see you walking around with a rat’s nest on top of your head. Thanks.
