We reported months ago that local band The Butterfly Assassins were chosen to have their song "Sylvia II" used as the Niteskool song for the annual music video.
The Niteskool shoot occurred two weekends ago and if the facebook pictures are any indication, it should be pretty awesome. The premise has something to do with an old storyteller (played by local legend Thax Douglas to boot) and a bunch of different seasons that all leads to the entire set being blown up. What can I say, film kids enjoy explosions.
Despite some production issues, everything got shot and the film is currently headed to editing. The music video, along with ten other stellar films, will be premiering on June 7 at the Studio 22 Premiere in Tech Auditorium - more details on that later.
