We all know that half of Phi Delt will be living at the (RIP) Delt house for a while as their own house gets renovated.

But rumor has it that the Phi Delts did a little fall cleaning to get ready for the upcoming renovations and found something pretty huge. Like $900,000 huge. 

Apparently, in some box or file deep in the throes of the frat house, brothers came across an uncashed bond that had been left/lost in the house for a few decades and, as luck would have it, the bond goes from fake-money-from-cheapo-grandma to actual-legit-money this year.

So not only do they get reign over two frat houses for the time being, but they have enough money to throw Cristal Bros and Caviar Hos parties for the next ten years.
