Rumor Royalty, The Gossip Blog 'Everyone Loves to Hate
Not only is OTR possibly featuring RR as a hot campus blog for NU, other campuses are taking note... but not necessarily in a good way.  Check out the comments for the sorority poll results.  RR isn't just feeling the heat from disappointed sorority girls.  The rankings, gossip, and vicious rumors are eliciting students from other schools to trash talk the blog as being shallow.  One UPenn student even says that NU students "should be changing the world not making up for being losers in highschool by spending all your time acting catty about greek scenes..."  Yikes!

Well, love it or hate it, it looks like RR is here to stay and overdramatize the Greek scene - just check out the new favorite fraternity poll.

I just checked the link for the sorority poll results and it's been deleted!! What gives? Posted 05/28/2008 7:32 PMReply

Yeah, where is it?
Why was the sorority poll deleted?
Put it back on!
I heard RR is written by a Kappa and the information and comments were honest, "negative to them" so she yanked it!

RR is not written by a kappa. it's mostly written by a beta, and is reportedly being handed over to a theta after mk leaves. Posted 05/29/2008 4:00 PMReply

I think this sounds bogus. I've noticed RR is definitely biased toward Krappa, because all the other houses get trashed, except them.

Yeah, where is the sorority poll and why was it yanked? I heard it had "interesting comments" and Kappa came in third.

Why was the sorority poll deleted? I KNOW one of the contributers is a KKG and she didn't like the results and comments, so the whole enchilada was removed. Posted 05/29/2008 9:31 PMReply

RR removed everything connected to the sorority poll. I have a copy of it and the links and comments that they removed. If they don't put it back up, I'll post it and all the blogs, links, and comments. RR even went back and edited some of the previous stories to cover their bias against other houses! You can compare the two! Posted 05/29/2008 11:07 PMReply

Post 2 up, yeah, Kappa came in third behind Pi Phi. Kappa didn't make quota and only took 26 out 38! They weren't that great either. Theta and Pi Phi did really well! Posted 05/29/2008 11:11 PMReply
