Rumor: A&O is seriously considering getting the High School Musical pretty young thing to be the big Dillo Day opening act.

Efron is coming out with an album later in the summer and will be doing a mall tour in the Midwest to promote his music and HSM3. He is interested in coming to campus because he wants to jump from being a tween heart throb to an adult pop artist. And we sure do like our pop artists.

Administration supports the squeaky-clean boy toy performing. And the students support getting him drunk, naked and all over YouTube.

A&O's unusual, mainstream choice (catchy, silly, campy) comes after the Counting Crows failed to create buzz on campus. Tickets for that concert are still available, I think. Some say the reason is the newly implemented 2 tickets per wildcard rule, but I say the reason is that the Crows suck.
