In mid-August, after the rest of their friends had gone off to their respective colleges, some NU sophomores decided that with a month left of summer, a Vegas trip was in order.

One of the guys, a son of a Hollywood producer (I've heard it's porn), assured the posse that he could borrow his daddy's black card and get them a suite at the MGM Grand (tacky) for the weekend. So it was all settled and the crew got ready for the debauchery of their Vegas mini-vacation.

When they checked in to the hotel, the receptionist informed them that they still had a balance of $2,500 to be paid. Time to put that black card where your big mouth is... and swipe.

Denied.

Good thing that the Holiday Inn always has vacancies on such short notice, because that's where this group of friends ended up. And to make matters worse, once they got to their motel accommodations, they realized that they had left one piece of luggage behind at the lobby of the MGM Grand. One small black leather bag with $600 worth of vodka, pot, coke, E and shrooms. Fear and loathing? More like fluff and bloating.
