The Best Defense is a Good Offense: Cracking Down Early on Dillo Day Partiers

Here's the latest off-campus newsletter sent out by Mary Desler. It offers students some sweet tips on making the most out of Dillo Day - in other words, not getting arrested but still being able to celebrate. But beware: rumor has it that the police have been making the rounds to some hot party spots and warning the future hosts not to throw down on Dillo Day, lest they want to spend the day figuring out how to pay off their newly acquired fines.
