We Arrrrgh ... Penn State: Worst. Video. Ever!

If you take a trip to Pattee/Paterno Library you'll see some signs around promoting the library approved mugs that you're supposed to be drinking from. They're akin to the type your dad bought at a gas station 8 years ago and continues to tote around to this day. This video explains the merits of the mug.

Over the past year, Penn State has tried to cut down on the number of beverages spilled all over the university. It started last year with removing food and beverages from classrooms, although technically you're still allowed to have water (and from the looks of things, the rule isn't enforced at all).

There have been rumors of professors being fined for having classrooms where food and beverages are found (even if they're in the trashcan). The latest rumor seems to be that the fine is $20 per square foot of classroom space. So, in a place like the forum, that can get pretty costly.

And it's understandable that the library wants people to use spill-proof mugs when in the library. Who wants to spill their coffee all over some first edition book that the library owns. But, what does a pirate have to do with that?
