A little more sports news today, as the Big Ten men's basketball schedule has been released for the 2007-'08 season.

In what can only be described as a WTF!!??!!?? move, two of the Wildcats' games will be carried on ESPN or ESPN2. One of those games will be against perennial conference doormat Penn State. Boy, expect The Crappiest Game Ever to get monster ratings on January 2nd when these two juggernauts of suckitude do battle. Or maybe it's more like a slap-fight.

The other game on ESPN will be a January 24th match-up with Michigan State. It could be called a game, technically, but it's more like a public hanging.

The other games will be shown on the Big Ten Network.

In additional news, the conference slate expands from 16 to 18 games this year, so NU gets to hang two more shiny L's on their record. Whoopee!
