Two years ago, Braylon Edwards wore an Ohio State jersey on "The Best Damn Sports Show: Period," and the incident is still fresh in many people's minds. According to Braylon, he lost a bet (on the OSU/Michigan game) to an Ohio State fan and that is why he wore the jersey on the show. Quite bold for a recent Michigan alum to do on live television.

Enter football Sunday, Edwards is playing for the Browns. The fans began singing "Hang on Sloopy" and Braylon joined in the Buckeye celebration (and apparently has done this before). It seems like a taboo for anyone that is involved with Michigan sports to sing the songs and chant "O-H-I-O", but Braylon explains:

“I was definitely doing it,” Edwards admitted. “This is Ohio. This is my residence. This is where I play football. This is where I earn my paycheck. This is the city I’ve adopted and the one that has adopted me. I don’t mind doing O-H-I-O. I don’t believe it just pertains to Ohio State."

“Cleveland,” he said, “is in Ohio.”
