Coach Joe Daniels to Take Spring Off
Joe Daniels has been with OSU for seven years as the Quarterbacks Coach. He helped Troy Smith become the Heisman winner, he saw the championship against Miami and now he is coping with recovering from surgery to remove a diseased kidney.

On the eve of coaching one of the most hyped High School quarterbacks (Terrelle Pryor), Daniels will take the Spring off. Nick Siciliano will take Daniels place during the Spring Quarter. Both say that this is not a permanent change and Daniels will be back for the regular season.
