Kanye closed the otherwise unspectacular VMAs last night with a new song that "he wrote a week and a half ago." He praised "Love Lockdown" as "his favorite song to date" and I'm guessing he means his favorite song of all time, by anyone, ever. It'll probably sound better all mixed up, but it's pretty decent live. At this point I was still hoping for Britney to jump onstage for a duet, but alas...
