Two ingredients for a good time.
It is about time we as an OSU community decided on the final rules for drinking games. This week we chronicle "Kings", a card game. If you'd like to add rules or suggestions, feel free to comment. Name: Kings
Alternate Names: Circle of Death, Ring of Fire
Required Equipment: Standard deck of cards, large cup, brew
Number of People: Up to 52!
Setup: Simply sit around in a circle with the cards spread around the large cup.
Play: Each player takes a turn picking up a card, and the players must follow the corresponding actions. Losers of the mini-game are generally issued 5-10 drinks unless specified otherwise.
| 2 | "Two, You" || Give out two drinks to one player |
| 3 | "Three make a plea" || Confess to someone; they tell you how many drinks |
| 4 | "Fours for Whores" || Girls drink |
| 5 | "Pointing Game" || Superlative, i.e. "Sluttiest", most votes drinks |
| 6 | "Six for Dicks" || Guys drink |
| 7 | "Seventh Heaven" || Last person to raise both arms in the air drinks |
| 8 | "Category" || Category is chosen, person without a response drinks (no repeats) |
| 9 | "Nine-Rhyme" || Word is chosen, person without a rhyme drinks (no repeats) |
| 10 | "Never Have I Ever" || People who have done what's said drink |
| Jack | "Rule" || Make up a rule |
| Queen | "Questions" || Go around asking questions; anyone who can't go without answering or asking another question drinks |
| King | "King Pour" || Player pours as much as they want into the middle cup; 4th king drawn drinks the middle cup. |
| Ace | "Waterfall" || Player picks person it ends on; everyone drinks until the person next to them stops (like The Wave in baseball) |
Game Over When: Deck is out
Special Rule: Beer can is placed in middle and players must lay cards on top so that 2 corners touch the can or cards on top of it and 2 do not touch. Deck resets when a card falls. Sometimes called the Mushroom Rule.
