Do you like corn? How about science? How about cash prizes? Well then the Purdue University Student Soybean and Corn Innovation Contest might be for you this year. The goal is to get students to design products base around eco-friendly corn and soybeans, develop the products, sell the products and make Indiana the richest state in the country because now everyone will want corn. OK, maybe they only have to do the first part of all that.
The students form teams and design products and are judged by the Purdue College of Agriculture and the Indian Soybean Alliance (the most dominent and fearsome soybean alliance in the country). First places recieves $25,000 and then....wait I'm sorry. Did I just say $25,000? I'm sorry I can't finish this post, I have to go design a toilet made entirely out soybeans.
