President Gee's first big move: to implement a plan where Sophomores would live on campus. Holy shit.

The board of trustees committee responded warmly to the proposal of having thousands of non-freshmen living within the sanctity of the campus.

The only good ideas coming from Gee's mouth is to spend $200 million on renovating the dorms. He wants to add air conditioning, better elevators and reduce all dorms to 2 people. Gee also wants more private bathrooms. This will require some dorms to be closed for the renovations.

It seems odd to say that you are closing some dorms for renovations, and then make a plan to house an additional 5,000+ students. Seems like there may be a numbers issue.
