Madison zombies took to the streets Saturday for the 2007 Madison Zombie Lurch. The annual event protests the marginalized state of zombies in American society today.

"What do we want? Brains!" the undead could be heard moaning in unison. "When do we want them? Brains."

A Facebook event was created prior to the march, inviting students and zombies alike to turn out and express their opinions, such as "no brains for oil!"

In other zombie related news, WSUM, Madison's student radio station, will be holding a zombie dance party Tuesday at the King Club; $5 for people, $4 for zombies.
