What If The World Could Vote?

What If The World Could Vote?

The rest of the world is also interested in the U.S. presidential elections.

Obviously, only Americans are eligible to vote in the real thing but The Economist’s new feature, the Global Electoral College, lets the world have a say in a fun game.

Take a look at:

and add yout vote! And, by the way, how is it that Macedonia is the only McCain stronghold in the world?

Actually, there is a pretty valid reason why Macedonia likes McCain. I could try to explain, but it's just easier to put a link of someone who has already did. This is a blog of an American living in Macedonia who was just as baffled as you until he asked around.

Basicly, we have already felt Obama's hipocrisy in his supporting of Greece's politics of ethnocide against Macedonia and the Macedonian minority in Greece. He claims to stand for democratic values, and yet he supports a faschist country which claims to have NO minorities.

Also, check out iftheworldcouldvote.com. On that site our (Macedonia's) support for McCain is even bigger. 90.9% from over 280 votes.

The world really cares. We've got well over 100.000 votes from 178 countries in our online poll on http://IfTheWorldCouldVote.com. And the world seems to be pretty unanimous (with the exception of Macedonia).

So check out the original and cast your vote.
