You've got to love this weather, right? In between classes you can sit outside for lunch, lay out and get some sun on the lawn of Old Main or the HUB, get your feet fondled. Oh, you're not into that last one? Then might I suggest wearing boots next time you're hanging out at the HUB, unless you want to get accosted by our local foot fetishist.

Today's headline in the CDT just jumps out at you, "Man accused of fondling women’s feet." Now when you see that headline you might have a reaction like "eww," or "gross." I on the other hand say "AWESOME! To the blog!" This is pure gold people, pure gold.

So according to the CDT and police reports, Justin Nicholas Saxman (who they claim is not a student, but whose Facebook page says otherwise) was charged with three counts of indecent assault, two counts of criminal trespass and with three summary offenses for touching the feet of women who were laying out on the HUB lawn. In an interview with police last month, Saxman (Foot-man is more like it) admitted to being sexually aroused by feet.

And once again, Facebook seems to back this up. Recently Saxman started the group "Playing Footsie in Bare Feet" which "is a group for guys and girls who enjoy playing footsie while in bare feet." Sure, you might say just creating the group is creepy, but in my opinion, what's creepier is the group has 12 members!

Anyway, back to acts that brought charges on Saxman. On April 24 a woman filed a complain with police saying she was laying on the HUB lawn when she felt someone touching her feet. Why she didn't immediately jump up and punch the guy I don't know, but she said he left a white index card which had his e-mail address and read "“Hey! I’m Justin Saxman the guy who was laying behind you. Didn’t want to bother you studying but e-mail me sometime. It’d be cool to chat.” Nothing creepy about that, right ladies?

Saxman did the same thing (minus the index card) to two other women laying on the HUB lawn and apparently at some point Saxman had been banished from Penn State property, so he was trespassing that day as well.

Let me give you some advice guys - stop being creepy with women in public. If you want to find someone who's into feet, that's what craigslist is for.
