Penn State has just offically become the most hick university in the state, now offering a Venison 101 workshop in the fall. 

The worst (best) part?  "Venison 101" is not actually a class, but a one time event that will help prepare you for what to do if you accidentally kill a deer and want to eat it--or purposely kill one and need to dispose of the evidence. 

It's no wonder people think of central PA the way they do!

Coming in Spring 2008: Jug Bands 101; Freshman Seminar: Making Bathtub Moonshine; and an as-yet unnamed course on the proper way to punch your wife in the eye for talking back to you.  Git er done!
