According to WJAC-TV, University Park police have confirmed that a Penn State football player is the prime suspect in the alleged morning's rape early Friday morning at Nittany Apartments. Police also report that the woman knew the man involved.

What seems most amazing about this incident is the lack of notice given by the University. If you remember the reported rape a few weeks ago outside of the Beaver Stadium complex, flyers were posted all around campus reporting the incident to students and faculty. Even after police confirmed the alleged victim had lied about the incident, several flyers were seen on campus.

Today, OTR was unable to find any flyers reporting Friday morning's incident.
