Along Pollock road today, walking toward Old Main, a number of issues of today's Daily Collegian were seen posted on lamp posts and trees with the words "what about the VICTIM?" scrawled over the story about the charges which were filed on Friday against Penn State running back Austin Scott.

It's not clear who posted the Collegians, but because of the wind today most people were unable to see what the message was. Only one of the three papers OTR saw garnered any attention from students. However it failed to even stop any students that we saw pass by.
