The Collegian Covers Pillow Fights - Hey That's Our Job

Did you read The Collegian on Friday? No, not just Sudoku jackass, try actually reading some of the articles. Well, had you read Friday's Collegian you would have seen a little write-up about a "flash-mob" pillow fight that was to occur outside of the HUB at 1:15pm. Well, now The Collegian also has video of the event. Hey, welcome to 2007 guys!

The idea of the pillow fight was to catch people off-guard as they're leaving class with what looks like a spontaneous pillow fight. Obviously that would look hilarious. But thanks to that article in the Collegian, about 100 people were outside of the Pollock road entrance to the HUB by 1:10 waiting for the pillow fight to start. About a dozen members of security were also outside by that time, obviously to be on the lookout for anyone with bricks in their pillowcase.

The actual pillow fight didn't even begin on time, with the two sides running at each other at about 1:20, and the crowd of people looking for a hilarious prank seemed bored about two minutes into the action.

Well, OTR has their own footage of the event which we'll be posting later today. What's the difference between ours and The Collegian's you ask? Well ... nothing really. Music? How's some catchy music strike ya?
