Weekend College Football Round-up

Weekend College Football Round-up

This was a weekend of upsets in college football, and Bleacher Report has the breakdown of all the latest shakeups.

One of the most shocking and unlikely comebacks in recent memory, the fast-sinking Wolverines managed to upset the ninth ranked Badgers, coming back from a massive 19-point deficit in the second half.

The Irish rise again? Last year’s disasterous season looks to be fading away as Notre Dame blows out Purdue this weekend thanks to a little help from a newly life-like Jimmy Clausen.

Penn State and Alabama might both be in the top five for the first time in 15 years after a weekend of delicious upsets that allowed them to crawl up the rankings.

Need a point by point breakdown of why exactly Florida’s offense let them down in their stunning defeat against Ole Miss? We’ve got it for you right here.

1-2 WVU needed something big to shift the momentum in their season, and their 27-3 win over Marshall might just have gotten them back on track.

Goodman made a 25-yard field goal in overtime to give the Buffaloes a 17-14 victory over No. 21 West Virginia on Thursday night. Goodman sat out last year after transferring from Wyoming, and learned after the game that he was going to be put on scholarship at Colorado. "Finally, after a year and a half," he said.
